Visual Analvsis <br /> A thorough visual inspection shall be performed of the roof surface area to locate, identify, and <br /> photographically document the surface deficiencies, including those relating to current or <br /> anticipated water entry. <br /> 2. Conclusionsffimmmendations <br /> A statement pertaining to the roofs current state of condition and relative problems shall be <br /> made, followed by a statement discussing the various alternatives of viable corrective actions. <br /> 3. Budget Costs <br /> A preliminary estimate of contractor's labor and material costs for the recommended corrective <br /> actions shall be calculated.
