However, there <br />must be at I t one tree every 100 feet of str t frontage. <br />(3) In all development ubject to the provi . ns of this section, the developer shall <br />either retain or plant tre within the ont yard setback along all existing and <br />proposed street frontages, bli nd private, except for alleys. <br />(4) If a conflict exists with puLA utiliti alternate plantings consisting of a greater <br />number of understory tr swill be pe 'tted. <br />(5) Street trees shall of a species included o e Planning Director's list of <br />acceptable str tree species. <br />(B) Between Lot PI ings <br />(1) W e a land use buffer is not required, a landscape area to et in width <br />clusive of drainage and /or utility easements shall be provided g the interior <br />side and rear lot lines of each lot being developed.
