Article 6: Development Standards 69 <br />Section 6.8: Landscaping, Buffers & Tree Protection <br />(2) The Planning Direc or monitor the health and status <br />of the aping. <br />6.8.6 Land Use Buffers <br />(A) Purpose <br />Land use buffers are intended to screen and buffer lower intensity /density uses from <br />incompatible higher intensity /density land uses. Buffers reduce adverse visual effects, as <br />well as noise, dust, and odor. <br />(B) Applicability <br />Land use buffers will be required based on the zoning district of the proposed use and <br />the zoning district of the adjacent uses. <br />(C) Location <br />(1) Required land use buffers shall be located along the interior or street lot lines <br />nearest the adjacent streets, land uses and /or zoning designations.
