Pre - Application Meeting <br />Application Submittal <br />Publish Legal Ad / Mail <br />Notifications for Public <br />Hearing <br />The BOCC would not approve the legal ad <br />in this process. <br />=== The public hearing could be held at any <br />BOCC regular meeting, provided notice <br />Public Hearing requirements could be met. <br />(BOCC only) Advisory boards would not be required <br />to attend the public hearing (e.g., <br />advisory board members could attend <br />if interested but a quorum of advisory <br />Planning Board, Agricultural <br />f Preservation Board, and <br />Economic Development <br />Commission <br />recommendations <br />BOCC Decision <br />board members would not be <br />necessary). <br />(The Economic Development Commission <br />has since been renamed "Economic <br />Development Advisory Board. ") <br />It should be noted that the APB and EDAB <br />do not meet monthly so having an official <br />recommendation from them boards under <br />their current meeting schedules could <br />make the process longer. Also, any <br />official board recommendation would <br />require a quorum of advisory board <br />members to be valid; since it is sometimes <br />problematic to achieve a quorum of <br />advisory board members, the process <br />could take longer if a quorum is not <br />present. <br />
