A primitive farm building includes any structure used for <br />activities, instruction, training, or reenactment of traditional or heritage farming practices. <br />If electrical service is planned, an electrical permit is required. Other Volumes of the Building <br />Code such as Plumbing, Gas, and Mechanical may also apply. Buildings and structures used <br />for residential purposes and whose use or occupancy involve the health and safety of the public <br />or can be considered a business must meet all provisions of the Building Code with the <br />exception of those listed above. <br />
