Box 307, Carrboro, NC 2,7510 1 919-967-1545 <br />On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank Commissioner Dorosin for <br />BOARD OF <br />graciously resigning from the board of Community Home Trust in order to resolve <br />DIRECTORS <br />the conflict of interest that was identified by the County attorney, We also <br />understand that Commissioner Dorosin will recuse himself from votes involving the <br />Alan Lee <br />Home Trust. <br />President <br />Gloria Beissinger <br />While the conflict was an unfortunate occurrence, the Home Trust board is satisfied <br />Treasurer <br />that the matter is now resolved. If the Commissioners have lingering concerns <br />about this matter, we certainly would like to be aware of those concerns. If the <br />Bruce Runberg <br />Commissioners are satisfied that the matter is resolved, we would ask that you <br />Secretary <br />consider appointing another commissioner to the Home Trust board. <br />Donna Bell <br />As you know, the Home Trust board consists of one appointed representative from <br />Jess Brandes <br />each of the four local governments and UNC. In addition, five Home Trust <br />Cresha Cianciolo <br />homeowners and five community members also serve on the board.
