Under the BOCC rules and state statutes, I believe am still able to fully participate in policy discussions and vote <br />on issues related to affordable housing in the county. <br />As indicated by the county attorney and (through him and Tara Fikes) HUD, this resolves any conflict or <br />potential conflict of interest. <br />I know some of you had expressed concerns about this matter.
