Attachment 1 <br />BENEFITS REPORT <br />K <br />The County benefits package helps attract and retain employees as evidenced by comments <br />from employees at orientations, exit interviews and surveys. Benefits are a key component of <br />total compensation, providing approximately 40% of a permanent employee's total <br />compensation package. <br />Open Enrollment dates are scheduled for October 14 — October 28, 2013 with an effective date <br />of January 1, 2014.
