Most of these <br />containers are in very poor condition or seriously damaged /deteriorated. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Proceeds from the sale of these items, less any applicable fees, will be <br />returned to the Solid Waste Management Department enterprise fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: 1) declare the items <br />surplus; 2) authorize the AMS Director to affect the sale of the items through GovDeals; and 3) <br />authorize the sale for scrap metal any containers not sold through GovDeals. <br />
