Baker (All other staff inembers will be <br /> 21 identified appropriately below) <br /> 22 ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair ponna Coffey <br /> 23 and Board Members Tony McKnight and Debbie Piscitelli. Superintendent Patrick Rhodes was <br /> 24 also present. <br /> 25 ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBERS ABSENT: Steve Halkiotis, Anne <br /> 26 Medenbleck, Lawrence Sanders, and Brenda Stephens <br /> 27 CHAPEL HILL-CARRBORO CITY SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBERS <br /> 28 PRESENT: Chair Michelle Brownstein, Mia Burroughs, and Board Members James Barrett, <br /> 29 Jamezetta Bedford, Gregory McElveen, Michelle Brownstein, and Mike Kelly. Superintendent <br /> 30 Tom Forcella was also present. <br /> 31 CHAPEL HILL-CARRBORO CITY SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBERS ABSENT: <br /> 32 Annetta Streater. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Chair Jacobs reviewed information at their places. He said a decision had been made, <br /> 35 at the school collaboration meeting, to add a draft resolution on Pre-K, which will be addressed <br /> 36 when they get to that item. <br /> 37 Chair Jacobs said he appreciated that the boards can meet together like this twice a <br /> 38 year and he appreciates the amicable relationships. He feels that these relationships are <br /> 39 important in banding together against the onslaught on public education in North Carolina and <br /> 40 the United States. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 1.
