He <br /> 14 said there was a request for Chair Jacobs to provide a letter to the mayors for staff assistance <br /> 15 about data from housing. <br /> 16 He noted that he and Chair Jacobs met with Senator Burr's staff representative Mike <br /> 17 Fenley. He said the representative offered assistance in dealing with federal issues and Chair <br /> 18 Jacobs provided information on the impact of sequestration on Orange County. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> 21 John Roberts said the legislature ratified House Bill 120, which limits county inspections <br /> 22 authority. He said he will have a report on this and others coming soon. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 11. Appointments <br /> 25 <br /> 26 a. Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee—Appointment <br /> 27 The Board considered making an appointment to the Adult Care Home Community <br /> 28 Advisory Committee. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 A motion was made by Commissioner Pelissier, seconded by Commissioner Gordon to <br /> 31 appoint Dr. Beverly Foster to a one year training term that will expire 06/30/2014. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 34 <br /> 35 b.
