Attachment 4— Resolution Concerning Statement of Consistency of a Proposed <br /> 7 Zoning Atlas Amendment with the Adopted Orange County 2030 Comprehensive Plan <br /> 8 c. Attachment 5 —An Ordinance Amending the Orange County Zoning Atlas authorizing <br /> 9 the zoning and land use map amendments as detailed herein. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Commissioner Price noted that for this public hearing, as well as another item, there is a <br /> 14 statement that people with physical disabilities who want to attend need to give 48 hours <br /> 15 notice. She said she would like to see something that sounds more inviting than this and she <br /> 16 hopes that if someone wants to attend within 24 hours, that the Board could accommodate <br /> 17 them. <br /> 18 Chair Jacobs suggested that the Clerk's office look into this. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 7. Reqular Aqenda <br /> 21 <br /> 22 a. Approval of Fiscal Year 2013-14 Budqet Ordinance, County Grant Proiects, <br /> 23 and County Fee Schedule <br /> 24 The Board considered approving the Fiscal Year 2013-14 Budget Ordinance, County <br /> 25 Grant Projects, and County Fee Schedule. <br /> 26 Chair Jacobs noted the white sheet at the Commissioners' places, which outlines some <br /> 27 changes to this item. <br /> 28 Clarence Grier reviewed the attachments as well as highlights from the following <br /> 29 ordinance: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Fiscal Year 2013-14 <br /> 32 Budget Ordinance <br /> 33 Orange County, North Carolina <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Orange County <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Section I.
