Comprehensive Plan and Unified Development Ordinance Outline and Schedule for <br /> 20 Upcominq Item — UDO Text Amendment Related to Governmental Uses <br /> 21 The Board approved process components and a schedule for a Planning <br /> 22 Director initiated item for amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) <br /> 23 recommended for hearing at the September 9, 2013 Quarterly Public Hearing. <br /> 24 i. Clerk to the Board Employment Aqreement Amendment <br /> 41 The Board amended the Employment Agreement governing the terms and conditions of the <br /> 42 Clerk to the Board's employment and authorized the Chair to sign. <br /> 43 n. Elementary School #11 Dedication of Water and Sewer Easements to OWASA <br /> 44 The Board approved a dedication of water and sewer line easements built to service <br /> 45 Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS) Elementary School #11 to the Orange Water and <br /> 46 Sewer Authority (OWASA) as presented, and upon final review by the County Attorney, <br /> 47 authorizes the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br /> 48 0.
