Assisted in development of legislation authorizing local-state water quality <br /> protection frameworks. <br /> 9. Assisted several local governments in efforts to apply for Clean Water <br /> Management Trust Fund grants. At least three have been awarded funding. <br /> 10. Assisted in successful effort to gain a$1.5 million appropriation to the Cape <br /> Fear River Assembly from the North Carolina state budget.
