At that time, four potential routes were being studied. PEMC has since selected <br /> route C as the preferred option. <br /> In the letter dated November 24 (Attachment 4) PEMC has responded to the questions conveyed to <br /> the Board of Commissioners by concerned citizens at the November 19 meeting. <br /> A related item on this agenda is information concerning the history and purpose of the Joint <br /> Planning Area and Rural Buffer. The selected route is located within the Rural Buffer,near its <br /> northern boundary. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Receive as information. <br />
