This permit is valid for 5 years from the issuance date of September 26, 1997. Please <br /> note the permit conditions include barricading the septic system area to prevent any disturbance of the area, <br /> installing water conserving fixtures in the proposed building, abandoning the existing well and septic tank <br /> per Orange County Health Department regulations(a representative of OCHD, Div. of Environmental <br /> Health shal I be on-site for abandonment,permit required @ no charge),and limiting the number of <br /> employees to 12 per day. Please insure that the area designated for the septic system remains undisturbed <br /> and protected from excavation or traffic. <br /> Prior to any construction your client shall apply for an Authorization to Construct. The Authorization to <br /> Construct is the document needed from this office to install the septic tank system and prior to obtaining a <br /> building permit. Prior to the issuance of the Authorization to Construct; an application will need to be <br /> completed along with floor plans and site plans submitted to this office.
