Box 12037 <br /> RTP, NC 27709 <br /> Dear Ms. King: <br /> After reviewing your Preliminary Site& Utility Layout I offer the following: <br /> Water is available to the site. The required Capital Facilities Fee for water service <br /> is $ 6,000.00. Installation of the water service line, 1-1/2" meters and RPZ <br /> backflow preventer shall be performed by a licensed underground contractor per <br /> Town standards. I have attached a copy of the Towns' standard details for their <br /> inclusion. Please note that RPZ's must be installed above ground or have a <br /> positive drainage to atmosphere. <br /> Sewer is not currently available to the site. Plans shall be submitted showing the <br /> required extension necessary to tie-into proposed sewer line for Tony Laws. <br /> These plans must also be permitted by the State. The Oakdale crossing must either <br /> be ductile iron or be steel encased. The required Capital Facilities Fee for sewer <br /> service is$6,000.00. An encroachment agreement from NCDOT will be required <br /> and the extension must be installed by a licensed underground contractor. <br /> Please call with any questions. <br /> Sincerely <br /> Thomas E.
