030 <br /> 6 . Before planting any landscape within the right of way, the <br /> encroaching party shall submit an application for a planting <br /> permit to this office. The permit must be approved prior to <br /> installing any plants . <br /> 7. The owner/developer shall adhere to all the attached <br /> requirements and/or the notes marked on the submitted plans to <br /> include : <br /> A. Traffic movements need to be delineated in driveways <br /> B. An encroachment agreement needs to be submitted for the <br /> sidewalk that is within the right of way. <br /> C. Yard Inlet #8 is not an approved junction box for DOT R/W <br /> D. Storm drainage table should include Drainage Areas and <br /> Discharges (Q25) <br /> E. 10 ' x 70 ' Site Distance triangles need to be at edge of <br /> R/W <br /> F.
