BICYCLE PLAN COMPONENT TASK FORCE <br /> 5 The County Commissioners approved the structure of a proposed Bicycle Plan Component Task <br /> 6 Force, its charge and schedule to guide the development of a Bicycle Component to the Transportation <br /> 7 Element of the Orange County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 8 B. 'CERTIFICATION OF BOND REFERENDUM RESULTS <br /> 9 The Board officially accepted the report of the Board of Elections for the results of the November <br /> 10 4, 1997 bond referendum. <br /> 11 C. BOND PROCEEDS REIMBURSEMENT RESOLUTIONS <br /> 12 The Board adopted resolutions which will authorize reimbursement to the County for capital <br /> 13 project expenses that may be needed prior to scheduled bond sales from the proceeds of the sale of bonds. <br /> 14 D.
