Both bodies have considered the recommendations and <br /> responded to OWASA(see attachments). Officially,the Chapel Hill resolution is still in draft <br /> status,pending approval of Council's September 2Z, 1997 minutes. <br /> Comments from both Carrboro and Chapel Hill are supportive of the Provisional <br /> Recommendations,but offer additional points of emphasis for OWASA and the Orange County <br /> Commissioners.
