Exhibit A—Scope of Services—Fiscal Year 2013-14 Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification Funded Amount: $ 25,000 Agency: Orange County Rape Crisis Center Agency Mission: To stop sexual violence through support, education, and advocacy. Program: Community Education Program and Client Services Program Purpose: The goals of the Community Education Program are to teach children to identify safe and unsafe touches and to identify strategies for preventing violence. The goals of the Client Services Program are to provide support to survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones including professionals in need of resources Outcomes: Community Education Program Outcomes: 1.At least 90%of teachers and counselors in schools that receive this program will report an increase in the student awareness of personal safety and protection against sexual violence. 2. Participants will gain more knowledge about sexual violence, its prevention, and the services available to survivors by attending OCRCC education programs.
