Exhibit A—Scope of Services—Fiscal Year 2013-14 <br /> Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification <br /> Funded Amount: $ 41,000 <br /> Agency: Inter-Faith Council for Social Service <br /> Agency Mission: IFC provides shelter, food, direct services, advocacy and information to people in need. <br /> Program: PROGRAM (1)IFC Food Programs provide a local response to hunger. PROGRAM (2)IFC <br /> Residential Programs provide emergency shelter and promote independence and <br /> self-reliance for those attempting to break the cycle of homelessness. <br /> Purpose: PROGRAM (1) IFC Food Programs are designed to alleviate hunger primarily by collecting <br /> food donations from the community and distributing them to households and persons in <br /> need.
