Exhibit A—Scope of Services—Fiscal Year 2013-14 <br /> Orange County Outside Agency Performance Agreement Certification <br /> Funded Amount: $ 45,100 <br /> Agency: OE Enterprises, Inc. <br /> Agency Mission: OE's mission is to create opportunities for personal and professional growth for individuals <br /> with disabilities and other employment barriers. <br /> Program: Job Placement <br /> Purpose: Services we provide include transition from school to work,job club, paid and volunteer <br /> work experience, prevocational work training, vocational evaluation,work adjustment skills <br /> training,job placement, on the job training and support(dual customer approach-both for <br /> persons served and the employer),job retention, retirement planning and community <br /> integration. <br /> O <br /> Outcomes: Individuals will improve their ability to make decisions, learn about community resources, <br /> gain employment(or become involved in retirement activities), learn how to perform a job <br /> (including work skills and work habits), improve benefits, pay, and/or responsibilities at <br /> work, gain additional hours or promotions and retain employment.
