It is our understanding that the requested extension <br /> will allow the County Board of Commissioners to conduct a public hearing and render a decision <br /> in accordance with your zoning ordinance. <br /> The Environmental Management Commission has authorized extensions of ordinance <br /> deadlines for a period of 120 days. As such, I am granting Orange County an extension of their <br /> ordinance amendment submission deadline for 120 days.
