The November 28, 1997 deadline for submittal of a corrected <br /> ordinance does not provide sufficient time for the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners to conduct a public hearing and render a decision in accordance with <br /> provisions of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The revisions can be presented at the next available quarterly public hearing, which will <br /> be November 24, 1997. Board action on items presented at the November public hearing <br /> is likely to occur on January 20, 1998. 1 will send a draft of the proposed amendment <br /> prior to the November 28, 1997.
