17 <br /> Orange High School Renovations <br /> Orange County Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-860-7010 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized includes the addition of a chemistry lab, two physics classrooms, a <br /> technical education center with equipment, and replacement of the main gymnasium's <br /> synthetic floor. This project will be financed with proceeds from the Schools'portion of the <br /> one half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1993-94) $85,295 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) $40,263 <br /> Transfer from OHS/StanbackAir Conditioning Project(1993-94) $64,705 <br /> Transfer from Future Projects Reserve (1994-95) $31,943 <br /> Transfer from Reserve for New Elementary School Project(1994-95) $85,794 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $75,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1997-98) $75,00 0 <br /> Total Revenue $458,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Orange High School Renovations $458,000 <br /> Section 5. This-ordinance supersedes all previous Orange High School Renovations Capital Project <br /> Ordinances for the Orange County Schools System. <br /> Section 6.
