The Board voted to <br /> accept the report from OWASA with the following comments: <br /> 1. That OWASA make funds available to subsidize dairy farmers who are in either <br /> water aupply waterslied(U w4w%y Lake or Cane Credo)and who have to meet Best <br /> Management Practices, <br /> 2. That Creative Open Space zoning seems most appropriate and compatible with <br /> efforts to preserve water quality and the goals of the County's Flexible Development <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 3. The Tms&r of Development Rights program is attractive. Any program devised <br /> should be constructed ted in coordination with similar efforts by the Orange County <br /> Agricultural Districts Advisory Board and Economic Development Commission. <br /> 4.
