I continue to <br /> believe that the Committee was not charged to develop a "single preferred <br /> strategy". At the least, that was not the charge I understood when I <br /> joined the group. If the charge was changed since the January 13, 1994 <br /> Board Resolution, I missed it. I stated this at the meeting in Orange <br /> Grove last summer. Therefore I .cannot endorse the report to the extent <br /> it suggests a preferred option.
