The attached document, the <br /> FY 98 Worksharing Agreement, outlines the terms by by which EEOC will defer employment <br /> discrimination complaints to the Human Relation Commission. The Worksharing Agreement is <br /> a prerequisite for the FY 98 Contract which EEOC will forward for the County Commissioners <br /> approval once this Agreement is signed. It is anticipated that the FY 98 Contract will provide for <br /> the Human Relations Commission to resolve 50 employment discrimination complaints and <br /> process 10 non jurisdictional intakes,and to receive $25,500 in compensation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the Agreement <br /> and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
