This review included <br /> employee interviews and telephone interviews with managers in <br /> other 9-1-1 Communications Centers to obtain comparative <br /> labor market information. <br /> Based on the classification study and review of available labor <br /> market information, Personnel has identified several <br /> recommended position classification changes in the existing <br /> Orange County Classification and Pay Plan. These are listed in <br /> Attachment 1. <br />
