Thorborough Drive, Witterham Court, West Witterham Drive,East Witterham Drive, <br /> Whitechapel Court,Tiverton Woods Court,Thorton Green Court and Tetteridge Court shall be <br /> constructed to local roadway standards of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, <br /> within a 50-foot right-of-way, and the construction shall be inspected and approved by NCDOT. <br /> OR <br /> A letter of credit or escrow agreement shall be submitted to secure construction of Thorborough <br /> Drive, Witterham Court, West Witterham Drive, East Witterham Drive, Whitechapel Court, <br /> Tiverton Woods Court,Thorton Green Court and Tetteridge Court to the standards of the North <br /> Carolina Department of Transportation.
