After the Board approves the designation, then NC DOT may pave the parking lot <br /> and TTA may provide signs and market this lot as a regional park and ride lot for the <br /> triangle region. <br /> c) Bus Turn Outs on both sides of NC 86 at the Orange County Northern Human <br /> Services Center-This project would not be funded if the parking lot at the Northern <br /> Human Services Center is paved by NC DOT.
