1. <br /> 9 <br /> Policy Regarding Extension of Water and Sewer <br /> Lines or Connections Thereto in the <br /> University Lake Watershed <br /> Page 3 <br /> benefiting area of an OWASA assessment project and which appear on OWASA's <br /> Final Assessment Roll for that project, may be connected to the Authority's water <br /> and/or sewer lines as long as all assessments, fees, and charges have been paid or <br /> are up to date. Such connections may be made without meeting the conditions of <br /> I.1, I.2 or I.3 above, and such permission may be granted by Authority staff <br /> without conducting a public hearing. <br /> 5.
