Bob ' s expertise in government <br /> finance will make the implementation of this program more <br /> efficient . <br /> I recommend this matter be placed on the Board of <br /> Commissioners agenda for the May 21, 1997 meeting ( it got <br /> "bumped" from the impossibly crowded May 5, 1997 agenda) . The <br /> issues for Board decision include approval of the Program <br /> Operating Policies and Procedures, proceeding with the formation <br /> of the non profit corporation and preparing the loan documents . <br /> I will have specific recommendations as to the composition and <br /> appointment of the board of directors of the corporation for <br /> consideration by the Board of Commissioners when the corporation <br /> and loan documents are presented for approval .
