Current zoning is Rural <br /> Residential south of the township line,Agricultural:Residential north of <br /> the township line,and Back Creek Protected Watershed. Phases 1 and <br /> 2 of Mill Pointe are located across Mill Creek Road and were <br /> completed in 1995. <br /> Total acreage of the tract is 121.58. A portion of the!property is currently <br /> being farmed by the owner,C.M. Ray,Jr. The majority of the site slopes <br /> at a gradient of less than 7.5%. Slopes between 7.5%and 15%cover <br /> less than 30%of the site.
