Text pertaining to the I-40/Old NC 86 District has not been <br /> amended since it was originally adopted. The text includes descriptions of planned water and sewer <br /> extensions, including scheduled completion dates. The completion dates referenced in the Design <br /> Manual have passed. The proposed amendment updates the status of these improvements. <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: <br /> Article 2.4- Environmental Factors <br /> I-40/Old N.C. Highway 86 District (page 2.4.24) <br /> The I-40/Old N.C. Highway 86 Economic Development District has one service <br /> provider - the Town of Hillsborough.
