Text <br /> pertaining to the I40/Old NC 86 District has not been amended since it <br /> was originally adopted. The text includes descriptions of planned water <br /> and sewer extensions, including scheduled completion dates. The <br /> completion dates referenced in the Design Manual have passed. The <br /> proposed amendment updates the status of these improvements. <br /> Public Hearing Comments <br /> The proposed amendment was presented for public hearing on May 27, <br /> 1997. <br />
