Using <br /> the SIC allows staff to more clearly determine-the land use category into <br /> which a specific proposed use would fall to determine whether or not that <br /> use is allowed. <br /> The following SIC categories are used in the EDD Design Manual: <br /> Residential <br /> Agricultural,Forestry and Fishing <br /> Construction <br /> Manufacturing,Assembly and Processing <br /> Transportation, Communication and Utilities <br />
