Article 2.4 of the EDO Design Manual(Environmental Fact ors)indulft sections on water supply and <br /> 5 sewage disposal for each District Tent pertaining to the 1-40/01d NC 86 District has not been amended since it was <br /> 6 originally adopted. The text includes descriptions of planned water and sewer extensions, including scheduled <br /> 7 completion dates. The completion dates referenced to the Design Manual have passed.
