Daniels Farm Road is a public road off the north side <br /> of West Lebanon Road(SR 1306)and was created in 1990 when Buck Run <br /> subdivision was approved. The property is zoned R-1 and designated Back Creek <br /> Watershed(BACK-PW) in the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The area proposed for development is 38.81 acres in size with 19 lots proposed. <br /> Lot sizes range from 40,260 sq. ft. to 4.3 acres. All lots are proposed to be served <br /> by individual wells and septic tanks. <br /> Phase 1 (seven lots) was approved on August 10, 1994, and is located <br /> predominately on the south side of the stream in the southwest corner of the <br /> original tract. A portion of lot 5 of Phase 1 extends to the north side of the <br /> stream, between lots 10, 11 & 12 of Phase 2, in order to accommodate an area for <br /> septic disposal. <br />
