2 <br /> The entire tract is wooded with predominantly mature hardwoods and typical <br /> understory species. The area near the southeastern corner of the lot includes some <br /> small scattered rock outcroppings. The applicant has submitted a report from a <br /> soil scientist which evaluates the suitability of the soil to support on-site <br /> subsurface sewage disposal. Most of the soils are provisionally suitable,with the <br /> exception of the drainage area described above. During review of the minor <br /> subdivision at the end of last year,the Orange County Health Department <br /> identified a site for installation of a septic system as indicated on the site analysis. <br /> The Planning Board considered the Preliminary Plan on July 2, 1997 and <br /> recommended approval. The vote was unanimous. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Preliminary Plan for Lot 4A <br /> High Point Woods per the attached Resolution of Aproval. <br />
