83 <br /> Technology Plan <br /> Orange County Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-860-7001 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for implementation of a comprehensive technology application <br /> to enhance learning and educator productivity through six technology systems in Orange County schools <br /> The project will be financed with proceeds from the 1992 bond referendum and the Schools' portion of <br /> the one half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> 1992 Bond Funds (1992-93) $100,000 <br /> 1992 Bond Funds (1993-94) $650,000 <br /> 1992 Bond Funds (1994-95) $1,250,000 <br /> Total Bond Funds $2,000,000 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1993-94) $600,000 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1994-95) $600,000 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1995-96) $625,000 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1996-97) $625,000 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1997-98) $318,865 <br /> Total Transfers $2,768,865 <br /> Public School Building Fund(1997-98) $306,135 <br /> Total Revenue $5,075,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Technology Project $5,075,000 <br /> Section 5. This supersedes all previous Technology Plan Capital Project Ordinances for the Orange <br /> County School System. <br /> Section 6.
