72 <br /> C.W. Stanford Refurbishment <br /> Orange County Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-860-7007 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides for converting present workshop space to a classroom <br /> and a modern technology lab. This project will be financed with proceeds from the Schools'portion of <br /> the one-half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from the General Fund(1993-94) $125,000 <br /> Transfer from the General Fund(1994-95) $365,591 <br /> Transfer from OHS/Stanford Air Conditioning (1994-95) $68,556 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) $306,444 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $355,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1997-98) $200,000 <br /> Total Transfers from Other Funds/Projects $1.420.591 <br /> Public School Building Fund(1994-95) $419,419 <br /> Total Revenue $1.840,010 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> C.W. Stanford Refurbishments $1,840,010 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous C.W. Stanford Refurbishment Capital Project <br /> Ordinances for the Orange County Schools System. <br /> Section 6.
