64 <br /> Renovations and Site Improvements Project <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 61-880-7105 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will upgrade various facilities within the District including Estes <br /> Hills, Culbreth, Lincoln Center(administrative center), and the Cultural Arts Center at Chapel Hill High <br /> School. This project will be financed with proceeds from the Schools'portion of the one-half cent sales <br /> taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transferfrom School Capital Reserve Fund(1992-93) $550,000 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1993-94) $150,000 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1994-95) . $420,031 <br /> Transferfrom Ephesus Elementary(1995-96) $3,855 <br /> Transferfrom Mobile Classroom(1995-96) $259 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1995-96) $111,946 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $196,698 <br /> Total Revenues $1,432,789 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Renovations and Site Improvements Project $1,236,091 <br /> Transfer to Mechanical Systems $74,898 <br /> Transfer to Fire/Safety/Security $21,800 <br /> Transfer to Glenwood Renovations $100,000 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Renovations and Site Improvements Capital <br /> Project Ordinances for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools System. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance, originally adopted June 25, 1991, shall be in effect until June 30, 1998. <br /> Adopted this 30th day of June, 1997. <br />
