64 Renovations and Site Improvements Project Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Capital Project Ordinance Project Number 61-880-7105 Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. Section 1. The project authorized will upgrade various facilities within the District including Estes Hills, Culbreth, Lincoln Center(administrative center), and the Cultural Arts Center at Chapel Hill High School. This project will be financed with proceeds from the Schools'portion of the one-half cent sales taxes. Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained herein. Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: Transferfrom School Capital Reserve Fund(1992-93) $550,000 Transferfrom General Fund(1993-94) $150,000 Transferfrom General Fund(1994-95) . $420,031 Transferfrom Ephesus Elementary(1995-96) $3,855 Transferfrom Mobile Classroom(1995-96) $259 Transferfrom General Fund(1995-96) $111,946 Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $196,698 Total Revenues $1,432,789 Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: Renovations and Site Improvements Project $1,236,091 Transfer to Mechanical Systems $74,898 Transfer to Fire/Safety/Security $21,800 Transfer to Glenwood Renovations $100,000 Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Renovations and Site Improvements Capital Project Ordinances for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools System. Section 6. This ordinance, originally adopted June 25, 1991, shall be in effect until June 30, 1998. Adopted this 30th day of June, 1997.
