60 <br /> Chapel Hill High School (Phase II) Project <br /> Chapel Hill/Carrboro City Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-880-7107 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for a transportation center and renovations at the Chapel Hill <br /> High School to be constructed with funds allocated in this project. This project will be financed with <br /> proceeds from the Schools'portion of the one-half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transferfrom Middle School Project(1991-92) $40,000 <br /> Transferfrom School Capital Reserve(1992-93) $425,146 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1993-94) $243,810 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1994-95) $50,000 <br /> Transferfrom Chapel Hill High School Capital <br /> Project(1994-95) $4,547 <br /> Transferfrom Reserve for Future Projects <br /> Project(1995-96) $116,652 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1995-96) $244,538 <br /> Transferfrom General Fund(1996-97) $563,105 <br /> Total Revenue $1,687,798 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Chapel Hill High School (Phase 11) $1,687,798 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Chapel Hill High(Phase II) Center Capital <br /> Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
