56 <br /> Utility Extension Development Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 61-902 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br /> Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital <br /> project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to finance utility extensions for <br /> commercial entities thereby encouraging economic development within the <br /> County. As various projects are completed, a portion of the resultant property <br /> tax revenue will be used to finance this project. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project <br /> within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1993-94) $75,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1994-95) $20,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) $25,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $35,00 0 <br /> Total Revenue $155,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Utility Extension Development Project $155,000 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Utility Extension Development Capital <br /> Project Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
