48 <br /> Efland Cheeks Community Park Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 61-660 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the design and development of a community park within the <br /> Efland-Cheeks township. This project will be financed with proceeds from the County's <br /> portion of the one half cent sales taxes and subdivision payment-in-lieu funds. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund(1991-92) $16,250 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $12,000 <br /> Transfer from Subdivision Payment in Lieu(1996-97) $10,00 0 <br /> Total Revenue $38,250 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Efland-Cheeks Community Park Project $38,250 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Efland-Cheeks Community Park Capital Project <br /> Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
