Human Services Automation Project 39 Capital Project Ordinance Project Number 61-603 Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. Section 1. The project authorized will provide funds to create a master client index database to automate the County's information and research guide and further enhance automation equipment and networking throughout County Human Services departments and agencies. This project will be financed with proceeds from the County's portion of the one-half cent sales taxes and grant funds (for the Department of Social Services and Child Support Enforcement) from the State of North Carolina. Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget contained herein. Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: Transfer from County Capital Reserze Fund(1992.93) $12,900 Transfer from General Fund(1993.94) $45,000 Transfer from General Fund(1994.95) $158,530 Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) $93,000 Transfer from General Fund(1996.97) 55 720 Total Transfers from Otber Funds $365,150 Intergovernmental-DSS(1992-93) $27,100 Intergovernmental-DSS(1993-94) $15,000 Intergovernmental-DSS(1994-95) $34,955 Intergovernmental-Child Support(1994-95) 7310 Total Intergovernmental $84,3 65 Total Revenue $449,515 Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: Human Services Automation $449,515 Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Human Services Automation Capital Project Ordinances. Section 6. This ordinance, originally adopted June 29, 1992 and subsequently amended, shall be in effect from July 1, 1992 until June 30, 1998.
