Section 4. A portion of the available funds for this project have been transferred to the <br /> Northern Human Services Center Capital Project. The following amount remains appropriated for this project: <br /> Southern Human Services Center Project $4,850,000 <br /> Section 6. This ordinance supersedes all previous Southern Human Services Capital Project <br /> Ordinances. <br /> Section 7.
