32 <br /> Optical Imaging System Project <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 61-500 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br /> Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital <br /> project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized allows for the conversion of current and older records <br /> to optical disks for storing, retrieval and printing purposes. The project will be financed by <br /> appropriations from the Information Networking Project and proceeds from the County's <br /> portion of the one half cent sales taxes. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project <br /> within budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund(1991-92) $119,988 <br /> Transfer from General Fund (1991-92) $13,000 <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund(1992-93) $35,015 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1993-94) $50,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1995-96) $45,000 <br /> Transfer from General Fund(1996-97) $62,400 <br /> Total Revenue $325,403 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Optical Imaging System Project $325,403 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Optical Imaging System Capital Project <br /> Ordinances. <br /> Section 6.
